Where to buy plastic tail light retainer nuts?

Every one of those things crumbled when I pulled my tail lights out. I have one that is just barely hanging on to take a picture of. One of the sides is broken. Does anyone reproduce these? Or is there another substitute, maybe a pannel nut?
