It looks like a tough bend to make it into the frame rail and the other likely sports are either too low or too close to the exhaust pipes.

I'm thinking about running them up the tunnel and into the engine compartment, then back down to the cooler that is mounted on the bottom of the radiator support.

Or
Maybe just mount the trans cooler somewhere under the car. Maybe weld a mount to the trans cross member???

Any Ideas?

TIA

eye kan spels rael goods huh? -LOL about my title to this thread, but I suspect everybody knew what I meant :)

I should have just tried a bit harder. The -6 braided line goes through the frame just fine, provided I can keep it out of the coil spring. Of course the lines still pass over the exhaust pipe but at least it is not nearly as close to, or near as many pipes as the stock locations.

And it looks like all straight hose ends will work so the cost will not be that bad.

I am on a TH 400 to the rad support like you said. I am running 2 45* end ends on the tranny, the lines go over the starter under the heat shield, between the engine and crossmember, to the front of the car with two 90* fittings on the cooler. I am using pushlock ends and hose, but that does not matter.

same here as disco stu. if you have the springs out you can zip tie them to the frame away from the spring.
