Sep 10, 2002 #4 salvageV6 Daily Driver Joined May 25, 2001 Messages 20,990 Comp. Cams 980's without the factory cups. Did my 2 motors both well over 100K on them. Tested right at the top of spec. at the factory height. Stockers were dead from both cars.

Sep 10, 2002 #6 salvageV6 Daily Driver Joined May 25, 2001 Messages 20,990 First time say 4 hours. Gaskets need as well as some Felpro Viton valve seals for on set of valves. 6 needed. They are cheap get some spares too. Clean the pushrods and they go back in the same holes the same way. Don't drop any in the oil pan. Rags to stick in open holes for the valve spring keepers. They like to fly around. Magnet on a stick attracts them back.
