Whine?

Guys,
I just install the stageright trans brake and now when I drive the car I get a pretty loud whine coming from down below. It only does it while it's in gear and driving.

Any ideas?

Also, it doesn't feel like it's shifting into OD. At 55 with a 26" tall tire the rpm's were at 2000.
