White wire from pump connects where?

Since I didn't pay attention when I was taking my pump off to have it rebuilt, I'm not sure where to mount the white wire with hoop connector. I could have swore that it was mounted to the bumper stud where the pump mounts to, but the hoop isn't big enough. If someone could tell where the proper place to connect it is, I would appreciate it. White wire that is connected to the pump.

Its your pump ground. I have mine ground to the pump bracket
