Who made this wheel?

Does anyone know the wheel manufacture? I don’t think it’s Western or American racing. Nothing is stamped on the back except inflation PSI, load and size.

They are 15 x 8.5 with 5-inch bolt pattern (uni-lug) and a 4-inch backspace.
