Not just modified for GN's and normally turbo'd cars. I'm talking about a fully custom-built unit built to my specs.

Who can/does do that?

When I was looking for a inter-cooler for my mazda hybrid, I found quite a few sources. Griffen and Spearco are two that come to mind. Because of the tight fit I bought the core and had someone local fab up the tanks to allow for trial fitting and insure the best fit possible.

Dave's got the right idea..you can get the cores from various places including directly from Spearco. You want to have the car there for fitment, as close to assembled as possible. Find a local ricer/custom turbo shop...they usually do a lot of custom intercooler installs.

I'm pretty sure Fairpark Machine in Akron Ohio does custom ICs for our cars....... Just make sure that whoever makes it for you uses the latest technology in core design and that is Garrett cores with bar and plate design that provides the best heat transfer and better cooling. It is superior to the comparable tube and fin designs (Spearco) from everything I've heard.......

You can also try turbonetics, they have a full catalog and order form you can fill out with all the measurements. I know they will build you anything you want.

I looked at several sources on the 'net and I'm suffering from "sticker shock" right now! I think my stocker modified to run up front will have to suffice until a little later in this project.

Thanks for the suggestions.
