Who makes the stock 87 GN turbo?

The GN I'm looking at buying has a new motor and the seller is not sure if the turbo is stock or not so I need to find out how to tell if it's stock or not. He said he thinks it's a garrett turbo but doesn't know if it's stock or not? Thanks for any help.

Factory turbo is a garrett unit.

factory turbo is garret tbo348, .63a/r on the exhaust side (should be garret housing), something like .65 on intake side. gnttype (http://www.rennie-macintosh.com/) has a lot of pictures of stock turbos vs others in the photo guide section

Also check the #'s on the turbo itself. The garrett # should be 466748-0004, and the OEM part # from Buick should be 25526630.
