Who refinishes GN wheels?

Looking for a company that refinished stock gn wheels or takes a set as core for exchanges. Any info would be great either bad or good. Looking to have my set done or replaced this winter. Thanks

The black in the center where the lug nuts go , is painted incorrectly , and sheen is flat black , where it should be a little glossier finish .
