I was there that night, but it wasn't me. I remember seeing that car, because of it's unique paint. I think heard that it belonged to an exhaust shop guy here in town (he put on my BGC exhaust), but I'm not sure. I don't have any details on the car.
I also heard that the Supra did drive home from the track that night, and was just as impressive on the highway; that's all I'll say about that.

Jack, Did you pick up any?? I was there also that night, hoping to beat me best. Unfortunately a 1.63 and 1.65 60 foot, limited me to a 10.57 and a 10.58.

I had a horrible night. I was about the 7th pair of cars back, after fresh VHT was sprayed on the track. So I did a moderate 10 PSI launch. I then heard the knock box going wild, so I kept getting out of it going down the track and got something like a 13.4@92. When I returned to the lanes, a couple of guys said that they think I pulled both front wheels, so that was good to hear.
2nd pass was worse. Nice launch, and the car fell on it's face and stalled. No time.
I didn't even bother lining up again because there were already too many cars there. I wish I would've taken a picture to show next years WCN attendees how many cars the track can handle.

When I put it on the on-ramp for the highway it was very clean and smooth. Paul mentioned that maybe I had too little fuel in the tank for such a wicked launch. Who knows for sure...

I assume the Supra is running either a TH400 or a worked Supra auto tranny? THat is one bad ass street car.

Any more info on the car? Motec/AEM management, what size turbo and any other work? Is he running NOS?

The GN went 11.03 @ 119 mph and the Supra went 9.13 @ 150 something.

The GN is Chris Ball's car. What the car runs has been somewhat of a secret, until now. From what I understand it has the parts to go quicker (don't we all?). But, since he's pretty big into the street racing scene, what the car has remains something of a mystery. That's the problem with having a car like a Buick and not letting anyone know how it runs or what's in it... No one can help you tune it.

Charles, it's a wmv so it should work fine as is with media player. Maybe your media player needs to be updated. Get a new one here:
