Why is Kirban so slow to Ship product.

I had a part that I bought from Dennis a year or two ago that I had an issue with. I figured I could fix it, so I sent an email to Dennis about it. And I swear within an hour he emailed me back. He didn't want a receipt or any proof of purchase, all he wants is to make it right. He personally handled it. That goes a long way in my book. Thanks Dennis
