Wide Band O2 sensor (lambda boy) ?

HEY FELLOWS, I was wondering if anyone is running a 5 wire wide band O2 sensor and Air/Fuel indicator with simulated 0-1000 millivot output to feed original ecm input?

I was on the Lambda boy site, and they have a set up for about 500 bucks.

I guess an EGT gauge would be alot cheaper.
