Wide Journal Forged Crank In a Production 4.1 Block

I have a wide journal forged 3.400" crank, which I would like to install into a production 4.1 block. Is it possible to use the K1 h-beam off-center narrow rods I have with this wide journal crank ? Any input would be appreciated

No. You need to run a wide journal rod or you'll have approx. .050" too much side clearance.
