Anything in particular I have to modify or worry about if I go this route?

I will keep the Cat for emission testing (every 2 years) and run with the Test pipe inbetween.

Where can I get one of these? Please provide web site link, if possible.

Thanks in Advance!

I'm also trying to find a test pipe for my '84 t-type. Any info on where to get one would be greatly appreciated.

when I put on my Hooker exhaust I had to have someone weld a custom flange on my test pipe so I could bolt it to my Y-pipe. that's the only experience I've had with them.

Grab a same guage/diameter pipe that you'll running your exhaust with and have someone weld on some flanges. didn't cost that much at all.

what is a test pipe? im new and will be asking alot of seemingly stupid questions alon the way.

Its just a piece of straight exhaust pipe that is put in place of the catalytic converter.

Flanges need to be welded on so it bolts up to the down pipe and y-pipe.

There are no stupid questions.
