Not unless you whack the bell housing off and use a Unibell, or some sort of adapter. The new TA block has both patterns, so you can use Chevy pattern transmissions behind it. Good idea, IMO.

A simple adapter will do the job. Get a Chevy-pattern 4L60E and an adapter such as this one.
