So, WAS it $5 and now its free, or is it still $5?

I am glad this is being forced to be used.

My guess, is the reason the records arent great, is because if YOUR states DMV is like mine ... its like walking into a trailerpark and talking to the manager. Things change from person to person.

I had 2 cars registered in 1 week ... 1 lady said the FOLLOWING month is the tag I would get, one lady said THAT month is where my tags would start. I didnt want to argue, I just felt "even" at that point.
