Will this turbo be similar to my previous turbo

Hey guys and gals, I had purchased a while back a full ball bearing Precision GT6765 turbo with the S cover 4" in 2.5" out and unfortunately had to sell it. Now that I am starting back to work I want to get another turbo and being the GT6765 is discontinued I was looking at the Precision PTE6665 with the H cover 4" in 3" out. Will there be a noticeable difference in performance etc? Thanks to all in advance for your help!
