hi guys i just downloaded winaldl and made a cable for it and i am unable to open serial not getting any readings at all i got a error message saying unable to open serial port com1

Double check your cable assembly to make sure you didn't invert the wires to pin connections. Else, try a different laptop. WinALDL works for me.

i am using windows 2000me i tried changing the serial port to 2,3and 4 nothings happening same problem
