Is the climate control correct for a G body? What is the code on top? Is it functional?

Is the hood got any dents or rust?

Turbo V6, I have two of those and would do $10 each shipped.

Teegee, The hood is free of dings/dents. It was repainted in 05, no bondo and or filler was used. May have some very light surface rust underneath here and there.
