Wiring of Trans+

Where do you guys mount them? I was thinking of putting it in the car by intercepting the wires at the ECM. That way nothing looks different under thood other than the adapter cable plugging in the MAF.

I have not yet used the timing controls. I know the MAF setting is read once on power up. Is that true for the timing controls? If I make a change do I have to stop and restart the car?
