Wondering if I could get a safe start-up file?

Ive seen a few posts on here about start up files. Wondering if anyone could help me out alittle. Have not had too much experience with FAST yet and im just alittle timid about just diving in. I would be willing pay someone if that is what is required. Here is a basic rundown of the car.

94 Z28
410ci LT1- Still running the optispark dist for now
16-1 Compression
SB2.2 Cylinder Heads 415cfm intake 308cfm exhaust
Force Fuel Injection 2000cfm Throttle Body
75lb/hr inj
.731/.715 278/282 @.050 112lsa
FAST Seq w/ WB o2
Dedenbear Powerglide
Yank 5k stall
9" ford w/ 3.70's

Im sure there is more info that someone might need.

Basically Im just alittle scared of hurting something while trying to get things going with 16-1 compression and $10k cylinder heads.
