Woodward 2007 Parking

I've rented a building and it's parking lot @ 13 1/2 and Woodward.
This lot is three doors down from Duggins Irish pub.
We'll have Free beer and food but parking spots are limited. (we figure maybe 23 spots tops)
If anyone here is intrested in a spot please PM me.
