hey everyone
I was told you guys are the 200 R4 experts, and my WOT shift points have been bothering me for a while now. My TV cable is adjusted properly and shifts fine under normal driving. At WOT it seems to shift ok from 1st all the way to 3rd..revs between 5000 and 5500 each time it shifts..but when it hits 3rd gear it will just keep revving higher and higher until i left off the throttle to let it shift into OD...i was led to believe the 200 R4 can run in OD at WOT...but even after i let it shift and try to get back on it, it will just drop down into drive and rev to like 6000 and this is where i get killed in races. I'd like to get the car so it shifts around 4500-5000 though each gear..is this do-able? i drive an 87 monte carlo with over 100k miles on it and i dont want to end up throwin a rod or something in that motor..the car is all stock
