OP, as a sidebar, given that trans is original and has 60k I'd take a look at the stator support (splines) first chance you get.

As stated I did get it working correctly, the issue was self inflicted by installing and not correctly shimming the billet servo. The trans shifts dead on with the factory servo. I understand what your saying, but I'm honestly not concerned as this trans was out of a 60K GN that was never abused and was still show room stock down to the original tires etc. I do t think this car was ever driven above 55 let alone beat.
 
Don't keep driving it that way. There is issues with your trans for sure. The best advice I can give is to contact Dave Husek (he is a member on here) he can steer you in the right direction, Dave is a great guy and will go above and beyond to help you out.
