I'm looking to spend around 9k, and I don't want it to be stock. Want it to be running good, and I can't really think of anything else at the moment. Body must be in good shape, paint doesn't have to be perfect but presentable. I want it to be a pretty fast car. I'd prefer it to be an intercoolerd vehicle.
