I think I might have what you need. It's metal and has the appropriate bends and holes to mount utilizing existing screws in the gauge cluster. I'll try to get some pictures this weekend.

the a pillar mount and console pod is NOT what I'm looking for...I already have gauges there (boost, pyro, temp, and oil pressure)...Now i need a spot for a knock gauge and a ??...I'm sure I'll think if another gauge...maybe a/f ratio

Here's what I have. It mounts vertivcally on the right side of the gauge cluster. The holes will align with existing srews in the cluster.
