I've got a stock set of gm 8.5 3.23 gears out of a 70's TA rear $100 shipped in the U.S.

Yes they will fit. 8.5 gears are 8.5 gears. Sold all the posi's that I got with these rears to a bunch of members on here and everyone was happy
