WTB: T-type / Turbo-T, MN/midwest area

I'm looking to buy a T-Type/Turbo-T (prefer not to get a GN) in/around MN (I could go to Chicagoland or similar distance). Prefer color other than black, and I'd prefer a hardtop. Doesn't have to look perfect but it should be clean. Under 100k miles (or recently rebuilt), rust-free a plus. I'm willing to spend close to $15k for the right car.....I'm looking for a car that's already 'done'...i.e. upgraded turbo/intercooler, built trans, etc...I'd like a proven 11-sec car with cruise and a/c still intact.

Anything out there?
