WTB: test pipe with cutout

I'm looking for a test pipe with cutout that will fit the stock exhaust/ downpipe.

I have a Hooker downpipe with a Turbonetics DeltaGate external wastegate and a matching cutout testpipe that will fit on aftermarket or bolt right up to the stock exhaust and turbo $150.

what is the size of the Downpipe? Is it stainless or aluminized?

The pipe is 2 1/2" steel, and the deltagate is mint. I went 11's with this pipe and deltagate but I got a great deal on a 3", I couldn't pass it up.
