I take great offense at the juvenile name calling but I'm not surprised. You screwed me, yet you cast me as the villain.

Here is your last response to my three inquiries "the intercooler is in exc cond i can get you some pics wed . Thanks Shawn". That was last Tuesday, 8/22/06, so sure looks like you said pictures would be forthcoming the next day (Weds). You said nothing about taking the IC off your sister's car in that message or any other.

Out of common courtesy, you could have told me there would be a delay if that was the case. When you answered my WTB ad, it appeared that you had the item and were ready to make the transaction. All you had to do was provide assurance that the item was as described, but you seemed hesitant to put yourself on the record. Sounds a little fishy to me...........

boost junkie is a great guy i met him at the bpg nationals and at the end of the day my tranny went south. he was willing to go back to his shop and patch up my transmition so i could run the next day. what do you say about a man like that!!! another thing is he is going to lend me a tranny to finish out the season. what do you say about a man like that!!!! and about the innercooler it is on his sisters car i can verify that!!!!! this man is very busy he travels to pick up cars all the time maybe he forgot about the sale of the innercooler give a person a chance maybe you should have posted on the gasket forum so he would have seen it.

Yes, I realize he is always a peach of a guy so I must be wrong. And now, I really did it- he's mad and won't sell me his alleged Intercooler.

But first, let me see if I understand completely. I asked him 3 questions about the IC which he dismissed merely by saying it was in excellent condition (he is a great guy so I should have been satisfied). Oh, and he said he would send photos the next day which he never sent. And finally, when I pointed out his lack of consideration, I'm the impatient jerk.

I suppose when I've had my GN a few more years, I'll develope the patience and understanding that some guys on this board proudly display. Until then, it appears I'm going to have an awful time trying to get parts for my little GN until I learn to play nice.

Well, I'm tired so I'm going to drag my whipped butt to bed and try to have some positive dreams. Hey Boostjunkie, could you loan me a transmission for a few days....................... ?

Hey sorry for the bad posting i just drove 600 miles Tuesday and your post was my first email i got when i got home . i have had a few emails asking about the intercooler and i guess i should of let you know what was going on . i have 2 big neck intercoolers that will be getting removed from a friends car and from my sisters car ,that will be for sale . i am not sure when they will be removed but i am sure pics of a intercooler on a car will show you nothing at all . i am sure you will get a good deal on a intercooler from a board member . Good luck in your search .

As for Boostjunkie, he is a standup guy and I have no bad feelings toward him (even though he probably wouldn’t loan me a transmission ).

Personnally, I wouldn't consider being screwed until I actually paid for something and didn't receive it! And I wouldn't start slamming another board member thats been around ALOT longer and one with a good rep such as Shawn ( Go Steelers!!!!) I grew up in the Steel town in the Bradshaw era.
