All the paper work that came w chip was install instructions which can be downloaded from turbotweak.com. I dont have it but again readily acessible.. let me know

the 5.7 is programmable as all tt chips are with the added feature that it can also be programmed directly using powerlogger and your PC computer , if no powerlogger you can just use the gas pedal method and the scanmaster to change the chip parameters

as to the other part of your question .. ???! i dont know why anyone would use a stock maf and a gen2 translator (not even sure you can ) but the tt chip doesnt care and works with any maf /translator setup , just need to set the translator to base settings
