I’ve searched and watched videos. I have the vacuum block with the fitting for the hose to the booster. If I drill the stock pedal, all I need is a 9” (?) dual brake booster and master cylinder from a G body and a section of hose - correct? I ask because the kits I see cost a bunch more than these individual parts sell for new. Not flaming that, but don’t want to spend $ on what I don’t really need. That’s my wife’s job. Thanks.

Sounds aboot right. You'll want a good strong pin for the pedal pivot point. You'll also need the mounting plate for the vacuum booster as it's different from the PM.

A check valve if the booster doesn't have one. Some people fab up their own.

Master cylinder depends on the size of your caliper pistons. If you're keeping them stock a normal G-body master will work. Make sure to bench bleed before install.

Also want to make sure proportioning valve is in good shape for bleeding. Depending on where ya live rust can take a toll.
