What is the difference between the 85 and the 87 (109) block ? I know the oil passages are better in the 87 block. are they as strong as the 87. I`m planning for 10 sec e.t`s and 600 hp new to the turbo buick world .thanks guys :cool:

what tranny would be ideal for my car i`m setting a goal for 600hp 10 seconds. would the th 350, th400,or the 2004r which tranny is the strongest . I`m planning to rebuild it with a shift kit and torque convertor .just trying to get a few ideas so i`m not wasting a lot of money. thanks

just bought this gn with no rear end I have a 7.5 posi what is the differents between the 8.5 I found a 8.5 non posi rear end in a 80 park ave. will that work if I change it to a posi unit ? what about the 7.5 rear end .thanks in advanaced
