Can the speedometer portion of a cluster from a non turbo regal be used in my analog GN cluster? My speedometer is out of whack, its jumping around, making high pitch sound and not accurate. I believe the cable is okay.

Is it normal for the TTA to crank over for several seconds before starting? I believe its not turning on the fuel pump until the oil pressure builds up. My 87 GN gets fuel as soon as I turn on the key. Anyone seen this?

I just ordered my new cam and lifters from Cottons. I also have 5 bottles of ZDDP plus coming. After years of troubleshooting and replacing parts, the cam is really the end of the line for this stumble under boost problem. Wish me luck and any suggestions will be appreciated.
