housing There was a housing that mounted to the fender with a 90 off the top. It was small an didn't have a very large filter. looks like a square can with a spout and a flat piece of thin metal mounted to the side shaped like a triangle with bolt holes in it.

Some one had one at the GS nats There was a guy from Ohio at the GS nats with a set up like yours. My questions are on the mod to the dog house. What did you do and who did it? I have to guess you welded up a u bent from the turbo to the intercooler right? What parts did you use from a 4.1?

Sorry I've been busy. Mine were behind one large bolt on the alum bracket the A/C mounts to(now moved to the front of it). If mine were in the correct spot to start with there should be a large group of black wires going there.

check grounds My thought would be a loose or bad ground somewhere. The one behind the A/C mount (on my car) caused me some problems.

Less for Hot Air Don't go by the rule for fuel pressure of the IC cars. These run and work much better on less.

I agree I found my GM shop book and it recommonds the same thing slow 85 has posted. If that still won't bring it down then you should use the adjustment screw ( and yes there is one). It is on the back of the throttle body right under the 3 vac lines. If it hasn't been adjusted it should have...

Adjust Adj waste would help you adjust the boost. I think 15 is the stock setting.

Should be 2000 all the time is too high. 800 is correct after warm up. There is an adjustment screw but, I can remember where it is on the throttle body.
