looks like the IAC is working now at least, but its still not "Starting the way it should, you have to understand that you will not get spark and fuel until the cam sync is active, and your cam sync is all over the place while cranking?
 
Okay had a few minor mishaps earlier this spring but I got it running now. Added a set of 72lb injectors and a 62mm throttle body. Probably need to readjust a few things all I did was tell the xfi that the injectors were bigger but I think it started better. here is the file I logged.

IAC target is a litte high turn the blade up on the TB, otherwise looks pretty smooth, maybe a bit rich but you will have to see how lean you can go before it stalls.
 
When you say turn the blade up I would turn that screw in or out?

Well, depends how you look at, but you would be using a wench on it you would be turning it in an upward direction, opening the blade more in the TB.
