i have a 86 grand national and the a/c blows cold but it blows out of the defrost vents. I think its a vacume problem but i dont know witch one it is. please help

I own a 86 gn and I just got done restoring it. I have replace just about every bolt on under the hood, and it makes a wierd humming/knocking noise when i reve in up with the ac on. I sounds like a bolt is loose but i check them all, and it still does it. Oh and it only does it when the ac is...

The check engine light comes on when i build a high amout of boost, but when you shut the car off and start it back up it goes of. If i dont build any boost it doesent come on. Does anyone know why it is doing this cause it has never done it befor. Please let me know! Thanks

I am restoring a 86 gn and i need to know what the correct gloss for the bumpers sre. Some people have told me that they are the same gloss as the car and others have told me that they are a semi gloss. If anyone knows what the real gloss is please let me know. Thank You :biggrin:
