Having trouble starting

Having trouble starting
Buddy of mine is having trouble starting his gn. He doesn't have a profile so I'm posting for him. Here's what I know...Compression is 140, fuel pressure only 6-8 psi, plugs are getting spark, and brand new fuel filter. Any insight is appreciated. If more info is needed on car...let me know.
