TV cable adjustment questions
I talked to chris at CK and he said that I first need to establish the TV cable reaches WOT point and take the car for a spin. Then if it doesnt shift good then i need to adjust the cable for part throttle shif points. I hope I don fry my unit. I will try and get the adjustment right with the...- chevybelly

TV cable reaches WOT, but doesnt return all the way to the starting position. I have to pull the cable slightly off the starting position to attach it to the cable pin. Isnt WOT and the return point equally as important?? Should i push in the D button and move cable slider towards the engine...- chevybelly

I have a used 200-4r from a MCSS. It came with the original TV cable. I mated it to a 350 sbc, Weiand intake, holley 600. I have the geometry corrector for Holley carbs from summit. 200-4R Rebuild Tools
so other than the low reverse and output shaft positioner, any others come in mind? I have a dial indicator w base and feeler gauges. Will a basic pair of snap ring pliers do the job?- chevybelly

yea, the more I looked at the tool, I started thinking I could do the same. I need a welder! I could probably make the measurements and bring the stuf to someone to weld up the tool for me. Thanks for the idea! More tools questions to come!- chevybelly
