This site is doesn't work very well. Pics disappear, won't post, then the site glitches out, talk about a hack.........it's like it's constantly being hacked. I always have difficulty posting pics.
Sealed with seam sealer and a good coat of flat Tremclad. I'm not looking forward to painting the underside! I have the body mounts but just need to run some new lines on the frame.

Are the plugs wet? Have you washed the cylinders with fuel? Pull out the plugs and dry them. Disable the fuel system and crank it over. The idea is to dry out all the dumped fuel in the cylinders. Do this a few times and let it sit. Put the dry or new plugs back in crank it a few times and then...
All the ECM wants to know is when you hit the brakes. I'd say it's ok. You have a powermaster problem.
NOTE: remove battery negative when fooling around with wires.
Teeth missing off the ring and pinion would not be intermittent. You would hear and feel it always. Possibly a spider gear issue. Get the differential serviced and inspected. Heat shield rattle? Or a brake rotor or drum issue.?
