  • Hi guys. Not even sure how to post correctly--guess there has to be a first time for everything. I have a bone stock 1987 turbo engine. I bought it with the original 200 4R transmission. It has just over 20K documented. The intended home for the turbo motor is a 1929 Ford pickup--been a hot rod for a long time but I want to get rid of the SBC currently in residence under the hood. I am going to start with two questions and thank you in advance for help/advice. The first has to do with mounts for the engine. Is there a place to start or will I have to fabricate totally from scratch? The second question is less essential but has been on my mind since I bought this engine. Would a twin turbo setup provide more power with less boost at lower rpm and therefore make more streetable power? Who sells a twin turbo kit? The complexity of the plumbing alone seems formidable. Many thanks in advance for your willingness to share time and expertise with a newbie.
