New sensor in and drives great. Did stall a time or two, guess that’s the alky that drained back down the up pipe and into the intercooler burning off.

The MAP I was having issues with is the one that came in the kit, with the part number 12223861 on the sticker.

Bingo, hooked up the old 2 bar MAP sensor and it works fine. Question now is what to use as an alternative? Thanks for your help!

Yep, don't think I've read a single good thing about the rubber gasket. Did the rear main seal this morning following Steve V's youtube video and all went smoothly.

Took another look at the oil pan, the bumps on the oil pan mating surface aren't caved in and there is a light film of oil & dirt on most of the oil pan. I've got a Cometic oil pan gasket that I'll be installing when the pan goes back on, rubber gasket is going in the garbage.

Thanks for the heads up gents, I don't remember seeing a relay near the fuel tank but will look for one. I did see a decent sized wire coming off the altenator, I'll see if that runs back to the fuel tank.
