i would say go half the width of the rim and that usually works out for me- 8.5" rim- 4.25 bs, 9" rim-4.5" bs, 10" -5" bs but not all cars sit on the frame the same.

what would be necessary to upgrade a t70 turbo to a gtq 70 or 70 gts turbo? Can it be done , and is it cost effective-any advantages as far as cost goes?

You should have rolled fillets on the mains and rod journals- if not, its not a turbo crank.

Prefer local sale- i dont think anyone would want to pay for shipping to canada or far away.
