Is my computer shot or something else?
i have a 84 gn i crank it up once a week to keep things goin. one day i fired up, it ran for a half second and died. my friend/mechanic sad he thinks it the computer. i didn't know if the crank sensor could do the same things. it has no injector pulse. how can i test these?:confused::confused:- nickz843

no power going to the fuel pump?
84 gn, bought it with a after market power wire going from the battery to a relay. im not getting any signal from the ignition. cant find any fuses blown and no idea where to go from here?- nickz843

oil leak?
i have oil coming up my dipstick tube under boost? motor has been recently rebuilt. thought i was crank case pressure but i put a air filter on the valve cover and makes no difference. anybody got any suggestions?- nickz843

electrical problem
u were right i just had my brackets powder coated and i had to scratch off where it touched the heads. thanks!- nickz843

electrical problem
just put the top end back on the motor. the battery is not getting recharged, i had the altinator and the battery check and there good. anybody got any ideas?:confused:- nickz843

found the problem it was a bent push rod. would anybody know how that would happen.:confused:- nickz843

new owner of 84 gn
in nick just got a 84 gn the other day. havent had any luck with it so far, got 3 miles down the road and it broke down. narowed the problem down to the num 4 cyl. got to take the valve cover off to check if the cam is messed up. also if anyone know how i can check to see if mine is a tru grand...- nickz843
