Do you have to change the brake pedal when going vacuum?
Be careful! I've done this conversion on a 86 t-type and coming off of full boost you have no brakes at all :eek:- Shredon

Changing heater core?
Both hoses can heat thru convection...doesn't mean circulation. Just a thought...not a solve all :o)- Shredon

Might have to "burp" the air out by leaving the return unconnected until coolant is solidly coming out.- Shredon
