yep, its $10/gallon at both homedepot and lowes in my city. its ethanol with around 4% methanol to make it posinos. apparently ethanol is the same as everclear.:D

I said I'm using water for now so that I can use the pressure gauge to make sure the system is functioning properly. Per your advice, my gauge will not work with alcohol. Thats why my post said I'm switching to alcohol and the M10 next week. Maybe I'll try the M15. I agree most mustang...

From what I gather, denatured alcohol or methanol works better that isopropyl. I would mix it anywhere from 50/50 to straight alcohol. You will have to experiment.

I have aluminum heads and intake manifold. Does this pose an problems with using methanol injection? I assume not since people seem to be doing it, but put my mind at ease! My JY kit should be up and going within the week!:cool:

I was at NAPA and they have a hobbs switch that turns on a 4psi, and one for 10psi. Apparently these are adjustable. (?) I want a turn on point of 6-7psi for my turbo mustang. Which switch do I use, and how far is the adjustability range? This is a budget project, so progressive controllers...

Drill and tap the bottom of the tank (the plastics fairly thick), then use a fitting that has pipe thread on one side, and the appropriate fitting on the other side for the braided hose. What would you reccomend sealing the fitting with that would be methanol resistant? JB weld?
