thanks for your help guys. i hope it nothing major. i checked to see if i had a bad intercooler hose but they look fine to me. ill see what i can find.

i think i may have a wastegate solenoid problem. i think it might be stuck closed because im only building 12 pounds of boost and i used to be running at 17. how do i diagnose this problem, what are some test i can do?

thanks guys for your help, im gonna mess with it tomarrow, i hope i find something. if i diconnect the hose off the actuator and the boost goes crazy this tells me that the solenoid is bad?

i had my car out this mourning and it seemed to be running ok then i decided to get on it and it wouldnt go past 12, i used to be running 16.5 to 17. when i got home i looked at all the intercooler hoses for any possible leaks and they all look fine. what else could cause that big of a boost...

pt51 thanks for all your responces guys. what about the pt51? reds hot air, i know you had one and had problems with the pt51 but other than the problems how did that turbo perform? i hear they work well with a 2800 stall converter and spool very fast, true?

i will be doing some upgrades soon with my intercooler and turbo, i decided on the intercooler now i have to decide on the turbo. i want something that could possible take me into the 10's but has ok street manners. i have thought about a ta49, pt51, or a 60 series. would the 60 series be too...

anyone ever use this tool? im curious to if it works since i will be swapping cams soon. if it works it think the $25 for the tool would be worth it instead of going through thr agrivation and hoping the cam sensor is set right, even if i only use it one time.

i was trying to find out more about the m&a intake and heads but i cant seem to get much info. i cant even find a website for them. i talked to one guy that said he likes the heads but that is about it.
