I was working on my high idle problem today.I was having trouble geting my diagnostic software working. still have not solved the high idle. Have not found any vaccum leaks. I forgot to note that I have had this problem in the past. I would start the car and have the very high idle condition drive the car a few miles turn the engine off. when engine was restarted no high idle. I have also had...- tutjr

Very high idle speed
When the car is stared it idles very high about 2800 RPM. After driving to normal operating temp. the idle stays the same. TPS set to .40 volts. any one have any ideas. THANKS FOR ANY HELP. tutjr- tutjr
