I don't know who made it but it looks like they welded a half of a intercooler to a stock one. I've had it since 1997, had it on my car till I upgrade to a front mount. Went 11.60's with a te-44 at 24psi so it does work. Has a ported stock inlet and outlet but the neck on the inlet has been...- UDLOSE
