crappy shifts on a new everything tranny

Dyno questions
I had my mostly stock 12 sec recipe car dynoed today and it would not exceed 15 PSI Boost. I drove it home and walla... 19 lbs was there. Any ideas why? The numbers were as follows: 1st run 298 HP and 398 lb/ft, 2nd run 302 HP and 399 lb/ft at the wheels (at 15 PSI). The dyno guy said it...- vince87t
